Right away I notified the nearest server of my glass and she was very attentive and apologetic and told me she would get me a new drink and asked what I was drinking. Everyone was mortified of how big the crack was and that I had already drank half of my drink by time the glass was turned to expose the crack. I had ordered one drink and upon drink only half of my drink my mother and cousin noticed a huge cross shaped crack and chip on the side of my glass. The part of our experience that is completely unacceptable in which I would love to receive a call from corporate to discuss this in further detail. As a party of ten we will never return here! There were two hostess that saw us standing waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes and neither one greeted us or tried to get us a table so after 15 minutes we grabbed a hostess and told her we would seat ourselves.
